Questions

Before you upgrade

What stays free?: Everything that is not AI: every grant and program page, the Award Explorer, equipment search, the grant calendar, state grant offices, JAG allocations and the FEMA equipment list. Those will stay free.
Why is the AI part of Pro?: Every answer and every Grant Match run costs us real money to produce. Keeping the AI in Pro is what lets everything else stay free.
What is the monthly AI allowance?: Pro includes a set amount of AI use over any 30 days, roughly 500 answers or 300 Grant Match runs. A typical lab uses a small fraction of that. Your settings page shows how much is left.
Can our agency pay by purchase order or invoice?: Yes. Annual Pro is one charge, well under the federal $10,000 micro-purchase threshold, so most agencies can put it on a purchasing card. If you need an invoice or a purchase order instead, contact us and we will set it up.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time, from your settings page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
What is the founding member price?: The first 50 subscribers pay $49 a month or $490 a year instead of $79 or $790, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed.
